Audiotool
Probably the best use of flash I have seen in a long time!
I recently posted this on Facebook after a friend at work showed it to me, if you like making music in applications like Reason then you really need to check out Audiotool.
It's full on, it's free and you could spend hours playing about making electronic music online, there is already a community of people using Audiotool and plenty of good tracks floating about on the site that they have made.
