Pataks Brinjal Pickle
An Asian taste sensation!
I went to a friends barbecue in the summer where I was passed a jar of Pataks Brinjal Pickle to spread on my burger and straight away I was hooked! I recently picked up a jar at my local Tesco and I've been trying it with everything.
Brinjal Pickle is made from aubergines, which I am not over keen on, it has a nice spicy kick and amazing smokey flavour. I've been going crazy for it ever since I opened the jar!
